An evening with New York Times best-selling author Jamie Ford. A free ticketed event at the historic Buskirk-Chumley Theater (114 E. Kirkwood Ave., Bloomington.)

With mesmerizing and evocative storytelling, Ford’s work explores the themes of family, racism, and love and loss with poignant, heartfelt prose. Ford discusses his novels, including Hotel on the Corner of Bitter and Sweet, and his experiences as a biracial Chinese American growing up in a multi-cultural family.
