Disgusting Delicacies: Astronaut Food Edition

Let your creativity run wild in this gross food challenge where we invite you to make the most disgusting delicacy you can imagine! For this round, we're giving you three mystery ingredients that are often eaten by astronauts in space and we challenge you to use them to make a dish that's out of this world! Register to receive a take-home kit. Select your preferred MCPL location to pick up your kit, then get ready to make a ghastly creation using all three ingredients (plus any others you want to use).

Share a picture and description of your dish to MCPLTeen@monroe.lib.in.us by April 24. The winner will receive a gift card to a restaurant of their choice! Please note that we are unable to accommodate dietary restrictions, as all participants will receive the same ingredients. If you are unable to eat one of the ingredients, you are welcome to substitute something similar. Ages 12–19. Please register.
