Stories provide insight. Whether it's a personal narrative, description of cultural heritage, or an imagined fantasy, an individual's story provides insights into who they are and what shapes and inspires them. Shared stories help us see what makes us unique and how we are the same. By reading or listening to an individual's story, we can learn to treat people with the respect and dignity they deserve no matter their race, color, gender, religion, ability, or level of income. Discover different stories, learn about people seeking to eliminate social injustices, and find resources for discussing issues about race. All ages.

Next up: Enjoy a delicious lunch or dinner at either Bucceto’s location on Tuesdays, February 9, 16, and 23, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., dine-in or carry-out. Bucceto's also features a gluten-free menu. Show your flyer and 20% of your purchase will support your public library. Take a night off from cooking and enjoy some pizza and pasta with personality at Bucceto's!

Our Dine Out on the 16th was cancelled as Bucceto's was closed due to the weather emergency. They have graciously rescheduled it for Tuesday, February 23rd. You may still use the same flyer even though it doesn't specify the 23rd.
