Our free all-ages summer reading games are back in person! Read for fun, complete activities, and attend events to earn prizes! Pick up a game board beginning May 23 at the Downtown Library, Ellettsville Branch, or on the Bookmobile! This year, the Friends of the Library Foundation will donate $1,000 to the Community Kitchen of Monroe County when we meet our registration goal of 1,000 people! Learn more at mcpl.info/summerreading

Ages 1–12: Children’s Reading Game

Join us for this special storytime featuring members of the Alzheimer's community. We'll have fun with stories, songs, and puppets, encouraging the development of early literacy skills while breaking the stigma of Alzheimer's. For ages 3–6 and their families.

July 12: Campfire and Camping 

A partnership between Alzheimer's and Dementia Resource Service (ADRS) with IU Health Bloomington and the Library. 

ADRS serves families and professional caregivers who live or work with Alzheimer's disease or other dementias. They provide support, resources, and assistance to those with Alzheimer's disease, other dementias, and their families.
