Great MCPL Kid's Bake Off
Monday, August 15, 2022
9:00 AM - 11:59 PM
Virtual
Have you ever watched a baking show and thought, “I could do that!”? Now’s the time to prove yourself with the Great MCPL Kid’s Bake Off! We’re challenging you to make your best book-inspired dessert with our mystery ingredient - included in your Bake Off Kit, and available for pick-up at the downtown Children's Department. To be considered a "Star Baker," be sure to include the mystery ingredient in your dessert and be prepared to explain how a certain book or story helped you imagine the dessert you made! Share a picture of your creation to KidsBakeOff@mcpl.info by August 31st. The most creative dish (judged by Library staff!) will win a gift card to a local bakery!
Please note that we are unable to accommodate dietary restrictions.
