On October 10, Indigenous Peoples' Day recognizes the resilience and diversity of Indigenous people in the United States. It's a day set aside to remember, commemorate, and learn about their histories and cultures. We will be doing a reading of Stolen Words by Melanie Florence as well as a language activity. Ages 3–12.

This program is in partnership with the IU Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology.

Join us for a conversation with author Craig Fehrman. Fehrman spent more than a decade writing his first book, Author in Chief: The Untold Story of Our Presidents and the Books They Wrote, which The Wall Street Journal called "one of the best books on the American presidency to appear in recent years." Author in Chief recently received the Indiana Authors Award for best nonfiction book. Fehrman will sign books after the talk and have his book available for purchase (cash or check only). All ages.
