Books Plus Virtual: The Maid

Books Plus Virtual meets via Zoom on the first Tuesday of the month. This month's selection is The Maid by Nita Prose.

Summary
Molly, a twenty-something maid in a New York hotel, discovers notoriousand very wealthyguest Charles Black dead in his bed. This is a problem for a number of reasons, not least of which is that it offends Molly's sense of order, which leads her to clean Black's room immediately. At sea when it comes to social cues, Molly's actions and curious demeanor see her jump to the top of the suspect list. Guileless, earnest, and determined, Molly attempts to hunt down the real killer.
