Books on Tap: Inciting Joy: Essays

6:30 PM - 8:00 PM
All Branches
It's the book club with a twist! Enjoy fantastic drinks, a comfortable atmosphere, and a great discussion on a variety of compelling books. This month’s selection is Inciting Joy: Essays by Ross Gay. Our meeting location is The Runcible Spoon (412 E. 6th St., Bloomington).

Summary
In these gorgeously written and timely pieces, prize-winning poet and author Ross Gay considers the joy we incite when we care for each other, especially during life’s inevitable hardships. Throughout Inciting Joy, he explores how we can practice recognizing that connection, and also, crucially, how we expand it.

Age 21 and up. Please register.
