Caregiver University: GEMS® Model

In this session, attendees will learn about GEMS states—a tool for gauging progression of dementia—while also accounting for strengths and needs. Care partners will learn ways to improve support at all levels. Using the GEMS model, people are seen as having value at all stages. Age 18 and up. Please register.

Intermediate English skills are suggested. If you do not speak English, please fill out the VITAL Services form to learn about programs for beginners. Conversation Groups are drop-in and no registration is needed.
