Yoga instructor Priscilla Borges integrates imagination and games to make your workout fun but effective, including breathing and mindfulness practices to help you focus and center yourself. This program is suitable for most physical abilities. Have a mat? Bring it! If you don't have a mat, the Library can provide some, but supplies may not last. Age 18 and up.
