Cooking Basics: Tortillas

We’ll help you learn the basics, then teach you how to cook easy meals for yourself. Learn how to make homemade tortillas and tortilla chips and stay as we enjoy our simple snack! Ages 12–19.

Indiana University College of Arts and Sciences Professor of Cognitive Science and Comparative Literature, Douglas Hofstadter, will be giving a talk at the Library! His Pulitzer-prize-winning book Gödel, Escher, Bach: An Eternal Golden Braid, has had a considerable impact on people in many disciplines, ranging from philosophy to mathematics, artificial intelligence, music, and beyond.
