Join in the fun with stories, songs, puppets, and more that encourage the development of early literacy skills. Ages 3–6.

New English speakers will practice everyday language skills in a relaxed, informal atmosphere. Learners will enjoy friendly conversation, learn about daily life in the U.S., gain confidence, and meet new people from around the world. 

If you enjoy Dungeons & Dragons, miniature painting, and board games, tabletop war games like Warhammer are another fun option. We'll provide a light introduction, as well as all the terrain, miniatures, and snacks. All skill levels are welcome. Ages 12–19.

Try out new hands-on, DIY projects as you learn new crafting skills each month. Supplies will be provided to complete each project. Ages 7–12.

Join other fans of My Hero Academia, The Way of the House Husband, The Promised Neverland, and more for a night of anime, crafts, and chatter. Ages 12–19.

Join Bloomington designer and engineer Ian Sundstrom as he discusses his work on the upcoming video game, Let's! Revolution! (Developer: BUCK, Antfood). This Minesweeper-inspired roguelite puzzle mashup will be available to play on our Video Game Station at the Downtown Library. Age 16 and up.
