Green Peeps Book Club: Eager

6:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Downtown Library
Meeting Room 1B
Join this book club to discuss nature-focused reads each month. You'll also learn how to become more ecologically-minded through activities and speakers designed to enhance our reading. This month, we'll be reading Ben Goldfarb's Eager: The Surprising, Secret Life of Beavers and Why They Matter. Age 18 and up. Please register.

Summary:
When is the last time you've interacted with a beaver? It's probably more than you think! Beavers have a big effect on the American landscape, from changing waterways to market economies. We're excited to announce that the author, Ben Goldfarb, will be live over video conference to give a brief talk about his work and to answer a few questions. We hope you can join us in learning about our fellow earthly travelers, and how to be a better one.
