Get fit with our 4-month couch to 5K program! Meet weekly and run with local running experts. Each session will combine stretching, walking, and running to take you from running novice to a 5K machine! July 11: Friendship and Peer Crisis Support––Learn the best ways to take care of friends and peers during hard times.
July 18: Accountability Peer Support––Sometimes taking care of each other means supporting someone who has caused harm. Learn strategies to use when this happens.
July 25: Drugs, Sex, and Safety: A Harm Reduction Approach––You’re talking about this stuff already. Why not gain some useful tools in a non-judgmental space?

Connect with other community members and get to know one another in this fun cooperative experience. We Are You, a local nonprofit, will provide the donuts and topics for dialogue. Participants will choose 5 cards from 14 topics ranging from “What is your favorite hobby?” to “What is your biggest fear?” and spend 8 minutes discussing each in “speed interactions.” Challenge stereotypes by connecting with someone from a different background!
